From 6 to 13 June 2010 Nadya Zamolodskaya as "Mrs.Russia Earth 2010" and "Mrs. Moscow 2009" visited the Republic of Tunisia.
The visit included number of official, social and cultural activities:
Visit of the Russian Center for Science and Culture in the capital city of Tunis, the meeting with the head of the Russian Center for Science and Culture, 1st Consul of the Ambassador of Russia in Tunis, Sergei Yurevich Kuritsyn. During the meeting we found out about the activities of the Centre, have identified possible areas of cooperation for the development of closer ties between Russia, Tunisia and the Society of Russians living in Tunisia.
It was decided to hold an exhibition of my International Children's Art Project "Temple of my town" in the Russian Centre of Science and Culture in Tunis.
Visit to the Children's Center in Ksaibe El Mediouni. During it I was introduced to the Representative of the President of Tunisia, to the head of the Association of Mothers of Tunisia, to the head of the Children's Center. During the meeting, we have found the possible common ground for further cooperation, set out a plan of joint activities of the 1st International Festival "Family of the Earth". We express our gratitude to the ex-mayor of the city of Monastir Mr. Chakib Ben Fredj for his help in arranging all meetings and visits to child centers, boarding schools, baby house +
Visits to infants home - baby house in Monastir, there we met very kind staff with their babies. Leaders of the Home shared their plans to build a special center for young mothers who want to raise their children, but for various reasons (religious, condemnation from the family, society) can not do it in their families. In baby house we met a family that wants to take the child. I left the warm words of gratitude to the staff. Most of them work in the House for free.
Visit a boarding school for children from broken and poor families. The meeting was very warm, the children staged a concert, Nadya Zamolodskaya, unable to stand, joined the dance group. Children gave some gifts, made by themselves, and "Mrs.Russia Earth" donated a painting from the International Children's Art Project "The Temple of my town" drawn by Trushkina Sasha of Ryazan, which shows Saint Basil's Cathedral on Red Square. Nadya Zamolodskaya taught children to pronounce some words in Russian and left some words in the book of honorable guests of the boarding school.
The concert devoted to The Independence Day of Russia was held in the hotel "Eden Club" in g.Monastir as a part of 1st International Festival " Family of the Earth-2010". Nadya Zamolodskaya told the audience about the International Festival " Family of the Earth" in two languages: Russian and English, introduced the young singers and congratulated the Russians on the upcoming holiday.
Final of The 1st International Festival " Family of the Earth", which was held in the Children's Center in Ksaibe El Mediouni. The festival was attended by Representative of the President of the Republic of Tunisia, Leader of region of the ruling party RDS, the ex-mayor of Monastir, Head of the municipality of Ksaibe El Mediouni, Leader of the Association of Tunisian Mothers, mothers-members of the Association , families from Russia and Tunisia. The program included: jointly organized concert of Russian and Tunisian children, the exhibition of children's paintings and family's symbols, screening films made by and about families. We also painted The Wall of Friendship, and formally presented a new friend of children - camel Lucky, which now becomes a symbol of friendship of Russian and Tunisian families
In preparation for the international competition "Mrs.Earth" 2011 Nadya Zamolodskaya took a course of thalassotherapy in one of the best talassotcenter of Monastir, made a tour to the best hotel in Tunisia, where had a photosession.
My visit to Tunisia could place thanks to strategic partner in Tunisia, the company "Elite Travel" and the host side, the company "Leptis Tour" . My personal thanks to ex-Mayor of Monastir Mr. Chekib Ben Fredj and to the owner of company "Elite Travel " Mr. Kais Ben Fredj .
